Position
The Business Integration and Coordination team of Alberta Student Aid is in the process of establishing a structure and processes for quality assurance and regulatory compliance work. The work is primarily related to business operations rather than the system or IT.
Requirements
University degree, diploma, or certificate in business, management or a related discipline or seven years of related experience
Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
Experience with business writing, communication and documentation using MS Word in the Windows 10 environment.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits outside of financial impacts, for example cost to a business unit's efficiency.
Experience in a facilitation role.
Knowledge of or experience with information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to FOIP.
Experience with change management.
Experience with the development of communications plans.
Experience creating process maps in Microsoft Visio.
Experience developing business solutions to problems that include complex handoffs, multiple IT systems, conflicting or opposing stakeholder perspectives and priorities.
Desirables
Experience with SharePoint sites as administrator and/or site owner.
Experience using MS Teams for facilitation and collaboration.
Experience creating presentations in MS PowerPoint.
Experience creating and editing PDFs using Adobe Pro.
Experience using MS Excel, populating and manipulating data and using pivot tables.
Experience analysing business process and proposing recommendations for improvement.
